Psychosis Foundation

Hallucinogen-Induced Psychotic Disorder (HIPD) is a medical emergency. If you have recently taken LSD or another hallucinogen and feel extremely fearful (paranoid), are still hallucinating, or haven’t been able to sleep for days or weeks you need to call 911 or go to your local emergency room.

They will be able to give you antipsychotic medication at the emergency room that cures the psychosis.
